Album Options® Digital Album Purchase Order and Terms

Expect a digital proof within 3-4 business days upon receipt of your files and paid order form. Once we have an approval, expected manufacturing time is within 7-10 business days from the approval date. It is the consumers responsibility to make payment arrangements with their retailer before a proof will be generated.

We want you to have the best possible custom digital photo cover, please upload the largest digital file you have. Photos viewed on a computer screen commonly differ from those printed. Photos without sufficient resolution for enlargement will look blurry and pixilated when printed.

File formats accepted are: High Resolution ai, psd, pse, cdr. eps, tiff, pdf and jpg - Minimum 300 DPI
Minimal file size: Files than 2 MB may lose quality as it is enlarged to a 12x12 size.

How do I scan my image?
When scanning a 4x6 photo use a Minimum of 1200 DPI or higher. Clean your scanner bed for any dust particles. Your final album image will be only as good as the file you submit.

How do I create my own design? Download a Photoshop Template Here
1. Files can be created using your own software but must follow these exact specifications.
2. File should be created in RGB Color Mode with a 300 DPI resolution
3. 12x12 Image Size should be created 15.75” Wide x 14.75”H
4. 12x12 Spine Size is 6” Wide x 14.75” High with a 1" Bleed area on top and bottom
5. 8x8 Image Size should be created 11.75” Wide x 10.75” High
6. 8x8 Spine Size is 5” Wide x 10.75” High with a 1" Bleed area on top and bottom
7. Leave a 1.25" Bleed Area around entire image for manufacturing.
8. Save File in original 300 DPI resolution- Do Not Compress

Tip: For best results avoid using flat dark colored backgrounds in your design, add some texture and/or color variations to your design.

Will I receive a proof? Yes, you will receive one album proof at no charge designed with your original requests. Any changes after the order has been submitted will incur a $10.00 design fee per change, which includes font color and text changes. Please select your images carefully for the template you have chosen.

Photo Editing : Album Options® is not responsible for photo editing on images submitted.

Refunds : Album Options ® custom albums are non-refundable with no exceptions unless they present a manufacturing defect. Once we receive your digital order it is considered purchased. You will be charged $15.00 for any album project submitted by you and not manufactured for whatever reason.

Manufacturing defects do not include and are not limited to: Images submitted by you that do not meet the file size requirements, image coloring expectations, custom files submitted by you that do not meet your expectations in layout and positioning, rare minor manufacturing markings on either pages , album cover, album back and/or spine that are not considered damaged or unavoidable.
